- Notes or observations during coaching/training
- Survey answers (if you take part)
- Payment info (but this is handled securely via Stripe or similar, we don’t store it)
Why We Collect It
We use your info to:
- Deliver services you’ve signed up for
- Improve what we offer
- Send you updates if you’ve asked for them
- Keep things running smoothly (e.g., booking, invoicing)
We do not sell your data. Ever.
How We Store It
- All data is stored securely using encrypted tools (like Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
- Only people working directly with you have access
- We do regular checks to keep things secure
Your Rights
You’ve got rights under UK GDPR. You can:
- Ask for a copy of what we’ve got on you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime (just click the link or email us)
- Complain to the ICO if you think we’re not handling data properly
How Long We Keep Your Info
We only keep your data as long as we need it:
- Clients: Up to 6 years (for legal + tax reasons)
- Mailing list: Until you unsubscribe
- Notes/Surveys: 6 years max unless agreed otherwise
